Explore a virtual gaming apartment, use its in-world PCs, collect items, and make the space your own. Play on desktop or use a PC-connected VR headset.
VRevia is a work in progress. These are systems present in the project today; their presentation, content, and behaviour may change as development continues.
Walk around on desktop with keyboard and mouse, or use the OpenXR VR rig with a PC-connected headset.
Explore a multi-storey building with separate apartments, doors, rooms, furniture, and personal spaces.
Open embedded browser screens and in-world apps for notes, pictures, paint, decor, lighting, and TV controls.
Pick up stackable items, carry and drop them, or use Build Mode to place, move, and remove furniture and props.
Adjust room lights and RGB effects, draw LED ropes, show personal pictures, and cast a PC screen or video to a TV.
Host or join local-network sessions, bring an apartment snapshot, and use the map to visit themed locations.
Apartment state is saved as you play, so your furniture, paint, lights, pictures, items, and player position can carry across sessions.
Place furniture from the catalogue, move or remove placed objects in Build Mode, and import supported models.
Paint room surfaces by group; tint to keep a texture or use a flat colour. Paint choices are saved per apartment.
Pickups go into a separate, stackable inventory. Drop items back into the world and use key items on compatible doors.
Use the in-world PC apps for dimming and colour, RGB patterns, LED rope, TV casting, gallery frames, and speaker audio.
These are early planning estimates for the current Windows PC project, not tested or guaranteed requirements. The game is still being built and performance targets may change.
Estimated starting point for playing on a monitor at 1080p.
Estimated starting point for VR connected to a Windows PC.
Still being measured: VRevia has not completed performance benchmarking. Headset resolution and refresh rate can raise VR demands; final storage needs and supported hardware will be confirmed closer to release. A standalone Quest/Android build is not currently supported.
VRevia is an independent project still being built. This page describes the current project, not a finished or released game. Visuals, systems, locations, and performance are still being worked on; some areas are experimental or incomplete.
The short version, while the project keeps growing.
VRevia is an in-development virtual apartment and social sandbox. The current project focuses on exploring and personalising apartments, in-world PCs and media, items, and local multiplayer.
Explore the apartment building, sit and use PCs, browse the web on supported sites, decorate and paint rooms, collect items, adjust lights, cast media to TVs, and travel to themed locations. Multiplayer supports hosting or joining local-network sessions.
The current target is Windows PC, with desktop controls and PC-connected VR through OpenXR. The embedded browser uses a Windows CEF engine, so a standalone Quest/Android build is not currently supported. VR setup and device compatibility may vary.
No. VRevia is still in active development. Features and content can change, some areas are incomplete, and no release date has been announced.
The PCs use an embedded browser, but compatibility varies. DRM-protected streaming services may not work in the current browser engine.
The map includes themed destinations such as an arcade, casino, pub, cinema, real-estate office, car dealership, and nightclub. Their content and activities are still subject to development; seeing a destination listed does not mean every activity is finished.
